Help: Marked List

What is the Marked List page?

The Marked List page lists the items you have selected and added from the Search Result page, Full Citation page, Full Text page, Browse Books, Browse Periodicals, Periodical Record page or Periodical Issue page during your current session. It allows you to create a list of items selected from searches in the current session, view the full citation, view the full text (if available), email, print or download the list, remove items from your list, or save items to My Archive if you want to keep an item beyond the current session.

Note that items will only remain on the Marked List page for the duration of the current session.

Each item in the list consists of:

  • A number to indicate the position of an item in the list. The most recent item added will be at the top of the list
  • Brief information including a link to the full record.
  • Links to the periodical record and periodical issue for periodical article entries
  • A link to the full text, if available.
  • A Select this item check box . All items will be checked by default.

The items on the Marked List page are arranged into seperate sections for books, articles and periodicals. Each section is accessible via a jump down link from near the top of the page.

There is a display limit of 500 items for the Marked List page. If you already have 500 items in your Marked List and try to add more, you will be prompted to remove some first.
